Cost estimate - Control - Analysis of income
We undertake the daily analysis of company’s income via daily report which appears all the indicators of productivity in daily base. Each month but also in annual base we give you statistical elements that concern the cost of food and drinks and comparative analysis of these with the previous year, allocated dinners, centralized situation maison, analysis of official calls aiming at the reduction of them cost etc.
Also, our special team of collaborators - with instructor Mr. Karapoulaki George, undertakes to communicate with the administration and the address in order to create MENU programmes for the food departments of company, that have as aim the reduction of cost estimate and the increase of income-always in combination with the satisfaction of the customers, and the most excellent quality of the provided services.
